This coffee is sourced from the Captive Cooperative in Northern Peru. The members of this cooperative strive to improve the standard of living for all involved. Through sustainable practices, the Co-op has been able to achieve their Organic Certification. This coffee was then decaffeinated through the Mountain Water Process using pure water from the Pico de Orizaba - the highest mountain in Mexico.
